Sonyta So, PA-C

Sonyta So is a certified physician assistant with experience in family medicine and urgent care. She was born and raised in Garland, TX and graduated from Texas Woman’s University with her Bachelor’s degree in Biology along with minors in both English and Chemistry in 2005.

Sonyta then completed her training at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL in 2009 with a Master’s degree of Medical Science in Physician Assistant studies. She is certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and licensed through the Texas Medical Board.

Sonyta enjoys working in primary care and believes strongly in preventative medicine and having a positive approach to healthcare. She is upbeat and loves her job as a physician assistant. Her goal is to motivate patients to want to make healthy decisions for their lives.

Sonyta is married to her childhood crush. She and her husband have two boys and two dogs.  She loves to stay active by frequenting different areas of DFW with her family and enjoys crafting, traveling, exercising, and being a mom.
